These terms apply to your use of simplerwills.co.uk and to the will service provided by SimplerWills (“we”, “us”).

The offer

The Family & Estate Will is offered at £79 (normally £249), including a free “What Your Family Should Know” book, for a limited time and subject to availability. We may change or withdraw the offer and prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Submitting your details

Completing the form is a free enquiry — no payment is taken at that stage. We will contact you to complete your will. A contract forms only once we confirm your order.

The service

We provide will documents and guidance for use in England & Wales. For your will to be legally valid you must sign and have it witnessed exactly as instructed. Our service provides will documentation and is not a substitute for bespoke legal advice on complex estates; if your circumstances are complicated we may recommend you seek independent advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the UK to use the service.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales.
